Dear All,

“Who in the world am I? Ah, that's the great puzzle,” exclaims Alice in ‘Alice in Wonderland.’ We all have our Alice moments in our lives and the greatest journey one will ever take is the one within ourselves as the poet and novelist Rainer Maria Rilke professes.

Welcome to the ‘Manavata Family Retreat 2017’ where we will be getting back to the self discovery process through the lens of body, health, values, parents and children, society and our Mother nature  by creating a conducive environment.

Objectives:

  • To share positive thoughts & energies to lead a healthy, happy and harmonious(3H) life
  • To learn and practice healthy habits
  • To get closer to nature and support humanity

Event Hosts:  Srinivasa Alluri, Founder President, Manavata and Manavata UK chapter

Manavata, with more than 25 years of experience in experimenting, practising and implementing the frameworks in its mission to create a healthy, happy and harmonious world, will strive hard to practically provide you with an experience of an alternative way of living for your consideration and adoption.

While we might be seriously examining and debating about the changing roles of parents and children, declining human values and challenges we face as individuals and as citizens of the world and the larger ecosystem, we are also putting in unrelenting efforts to make it an enjoyable and memorable event.  It will not be your typical day and every day is designed to give you a different experience with the activities covering Yoga, Therapy, Meditation, Nature Walk and a variety of games. In order to derive the best possible experience from this event, we humbly request you to go with the flow as the agenda is deliberately designed as such. Your meals- healthy and nutritious- will be freshly prepared with the right cooking techniques. You will have an opportunity to learn the recipes.

Please consider to adhere to the following in the spirit of the event as well as a mark of solidarity to other regular practitioners:
