Thanks to all volunteers who worked together for Manavata causes. With all team work and your kind support we could do much better this month. Seva is most valuable to make our life meaningful as Swami Vivekananda says “They alone live who live for others”

April month’s inspiration with , science and spirituality boot camp,free homeo medical camps and other educational events of Manavata reached more people this time. Spreading awareness to people and inspiring everyone towards health and environment. Cycling, plantation, yoga.

World Health Day inspirations:

Srini ji said, Manavata mission is to create 3H (Health, Happiness and Harmony) in every human by improving humanity through Yoga sadhana. He asked everyone to take responsibility of their own health, their parents health and health of mother earth. these are primary responsibilities of every human.

5th to 9th class around 400 students attended this workshop and got inspired with Yogic practices they have learnt during workshop. now they have realized importance of daily morning Yoga sadhana to master their mind, gain good health and for great success in their lives.

ugadi celebration of Manavata volunteers

Ugadi celebrations of Manavata volunteers around the world, created awareness on health and environment. Balancing life & working nature, balancing all 6 tastes and eating natural and healthy. Ugadi Panchaga helped everyone to bring their attention in planning year ahead with Good deeds and resolutions. Manavata Ashram, Gurukul and other study centers organized events.
Our founder Srini’s presence in International Yoga Sastra conference at Kanyakumari, Manavata programs in Kerala, Tamilnadu and Telangana made a great positive change in youth this month.

Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Jayanti celebrated by Manavata Ashram

Dr BR Ambedkar Remembrance Day or Ambedkar Jayanti or Bhim Jayanti is celebrated every year on April 14.

Life struggles of Ambedkar

Born on April 14, 1891, in Madhya Pradesh’s Mhow, Ambedkar faced discriminations since childhood as he was born into a Mahar family which was considered as one of the lowest or in other words ‘untouchable’ castes in the country at that time.

He is the only member from his caste to be enrolled into the prestigious Elphinstone High School in Bombay. During his school days, he faced oppression from the upper caste teachers and staff. He and his Dalit friends were not allowed to sit inside the classroom with other students. They were not allowed to drink water from the earthen pot placed in the school and only the peon (who belonged to the upper caste) used to pour water from a height for them to drink instead. And there were days when they had to spend without drinking water in absence of the peon.

However, he overcame those hurdles and went to Columbia University to complete his postgraduate studies. He later went to the London School of Economics to complete his doctoral thesis and finished two doctorates from there.

program was very successful. lab is inaugurated after prayers, Hanuman chalisa, Vishnu Sahasranama by Karnataka students and our gurukul students..
Natural farming, science behind goumatha, jeevamrutham, nature explained to all participants.. some of the farmers showed interest to shift to Natural farming.

Mukund got some of the equipment from US for Manavata gurukul science lab.. like telescope.. children felt so happy.. So far we have got most important items for lab including soil test kit, health test kits.we also had medical service, which served some patients.Srini had got some equipment from London earlier.. all together made this science lab well. Srini has given an inspirational talk, about purpose of this life and how we should work with dedication towards protecting dharma.. goal of Manavata University / gurukul is to build life skills and values along with honest leadership development. This helps to protect humanity for future generations.He appreciated, Mukund, Ramesh, Sunil, Prakash, Pardha, Venkatesh and other volunteers who are wholeheartedly helping for Manavata UFH program.
