Cycling for Humanity from Hyderabad to Tiurpati (Day 4)
Cycle Yatra Day 4:
Today Srini Cycled 90km and taken sessions for 1250 students, did commitments for few more saplings / plantation and reached Allagadda from Orvakal.
Srini has taken Yoga session on morning at Orvakal gurukula and session went well. All 450 students punctually gathered in the ground at 5:30am in pleasant weather and practiced yoga for first time. They all have learnt warm up, Suryanamaskaras, Asanas, pranayama and meditation in 1 hour session.
After yoga session, at 6:30am, Srini has initiated plantation. They are happy to plant more. After plantation Srini has taken PDP, meditation session to Students. Student felt so happy with the sadhana and they would like to continue the practice. Some of them were curiously asked several questions to make their serious sadhana regular.
Surprisingly there is no proper guidance for them from teachers. If they have one quality teacher / real guru to guide them in right direction, they will really excel. We have to write to government about this for some of the school conditions. We must extend our teachers training program for this area also.
Later Aravind managed to arrange another session at Vijay public school in Panyam. Srini cycled there by 8:30am and started session at 9am in this school. All 500 students curiously followed my seminar, Aravind has given introduction to inspire them beforehand. Srini gave them introduction about issues of the world and root cause and I told them the root cause of all the problems in this world is due to selfishness and lack of humanity.
In this area we need to plant more plants from our 21 types list like Ravi, Marri/banyan, Neam, Indian goose burry, Neredu, Maredu etc.
Later Aravind arranged a PDP session in Pullareddy college. Though it is a bit of journey time, session went on well.
These young engineers got inspired towards humanity. Hopefully, they will take at least some social responsibility and follow simple living principles.
Later Srini has taken a session at dumb and deaf school. Session mainly focused on Yoga / Marma techniques for them, which can help to recover from their disabilities.
Later Srini started cycling and reached to allagadda around 7pm. After that visited some villages and interacted with farmers. There is no awareness about natural farming in these villages. It needs loof work to bring the awareness and bring the change. Srini explained to some of the farmers about natural farming methods, but their fully into chemical farming event for Jawar, paddy, cotton and other crops here.
