Lolla Ashram Committee Meeting was held on 27.08.2017 at Lolla
Attendees: G.S N.Reddy garu, G.Veerraju garu, Varma garu, Alluri bapineedu garu, Kantipudi Satyanarayna garu, Chatrathi Venkata Rao, Alluri Srinivas Chowdary garu, S.Veerireddy garu, Gunturi Subba Raju garu, Annavarapu Rakesh garu, Goluguri Munireddy garu, Pratap Reddy garu
- All committee members were decided to organize the Personality Development Sessions is mandatory and should organize in all the schools in every month.
- Uniform to be implemented in Ashram
- Girls Ashram to be separated from next year
- Use cycles for Rayavaram school (10 children) and 5 more cycles required
- Study centre to be established to help talented
- As CWC rules have changed. We need to take extra safety measures & submit our report time to time to CWC (Subba Raju)
- Srini has thanked committee members for attending the meeting and sharing ideas for Ashram activities
- Dr.G.S.N Reddy felt monthly PDP with special guest to be scheduled.
- For Govt School PDP is helping a lot said Veeraju garu
- Subbaraju taken responsibility of Ashram shelter
- Study centres will be taken care by Rakesh & MuniReddy
It was a productive meeting and taken useful descissions.
Later Srinivas Alluri and committee members were distributed the prizes to Ashram Children those who are best in drawing, Yoga, Adi Sankaracharya’s Nirvanastakam
