Workshop on Spiritual Tablets by Dr. Gopala Krishna (UK) at Manavata University for Humanity

A deeply enriching and inspiring workshop unfolded at Manavata University for Humanity (UFH), near Hyderabad, during the recent visit of Dr. Gopala Krishna (GK garu) from the UK, an esteemed expert in holistic health care. Accompanied by a dedicated team of doctors and volunteers, Dr. GK shared transformative insights on cultivating a spiritually grounded and balanced life.

Introducing the “Five Daily Spiritual Tablets”

In his heart-touching talk, Dr. GK introduced the students to the concept of the “Five Daily Spiritual Tablets”—a simple yet profound daily practice to nurture holistic well-being:

  • Atalu – Play with discipline and joy

  • Patalu – Singing and chanting with devotion

  • Chaduvulu – Focused and value-based learning

  • Panulu – Selfless service and daily duties

  • Dhyanalu – Regular meditation for inner peace

Each “tablet” serves as a guiding principle to align body, mind, and spirit. Dr. GK emphasized that by incorporating these into daily life, individuals can experience inner balance, joy, and a deeper sense of purpose.

Experiencing Inner Stillness

Following his address, Dr. GK led a group meditation session, giving participants a firsthand experience of mindfulness and serenity. The calm and focused atmosphere that emerged left a lasting impact on all who participated.

Leadership with Values

Sri Srinivasa Alluri garu, the visionary Founder and President of Manavata, also addressed the gathering. He spoke passionately about value-based education and how Manavata Samskara Vidya is molding future leaders with strong character, compassion, and clarity of purpose. His inspiring words resonated deeply with students and visitors alike.

A Memorable and Uplifting Visit

The serene and spiritually vibrant campus of UFH provided the perfect setting for this meaningful interaction. Participants and guests alike expressed heartfelt gratitude and joy, taking away a sense of peace, happiness, and renewed purpose.
