It is important protect yourself from all kinds of virus with strong immune system. This can be achieved with practice Yoga.
Yoga is a way of life, it is not just a physical exercise! Many people think that Yoga means performing asanas/postures, but asana is only small part of Yoga.
Practice of Yoga includes Achara, Ahaara, Vichara & Vihara. Right conduct, right food, right thinking and right entertainment.
So part of the sadhana we all work together to implement these great things in our day to day life and in our family.

Achara: Right conduct:

Ahaara: Food and nutrition:
How to manage your food and nutrition at home. As you may not get fresh veg and fruits everyday, you may have to plan long lasting grocery. In this worry if you are buying processed food packs, it makes your immune much worse. So be aware that you can still manage with natural /healthy nutritious ingredients to prepare your food. Follow of these tips:
- Eat Healthy food only (Hitahara) with reduced sufficient intake (Mitahara)
- Buy whole grains, pulses, nuts, dry fruits / dates, coconut etc
- Keep long lasting veg. like Sweet potato, Pampkin, ashgurad, bottle guard Ginger etc.
- Make pulses / bean sprouts yourself. Morning sprouts breakfast could give you a great immune boost
- Grow your greens at home like methi, mint, spinach, mustered, chick peas etc
- Grow your herbs like tulasi, aloevera, giloy etc.
- Use immune boosters and antiviral kitchen ingredients like: turmeric, ginger, piper, lemon, Indian gooseberry garlic regularly in limited quantity.
- Avoid all processed foods, sugar, maida, fizzy drinks, refrigerated, cold or any packed factory foods.
- Avoid all kinds of addictions such as alcohol, smoking, cool drinks, junk foods, non-veg etc
- Replace tea, coffee habits with herbal tea
Vichaara:
- Have positive thoughts with love and compassion to all beings
- Think big and find best sustainable solutions
Vihara:
- Right entertainment is gaining true happiness through service. So help those who are in need or mother earth
