Program Overview:

“Manavata has designed the Youth Leadership Program to help young people navigate the challenges of everyday life. They enable them to develop into healthy, responsible, and productive adults. Youth Leadership Programme (YLTP) is an aspiration youth development initiative that gives selected opportunity to have their leadership, interpersonal and entrepreneurship skills honed through  different skills models, namely Life Skills,  Inspiration, Innovation, Tools for Brain excellence, planning, goal setting, time management, Yoga, Meditation and best practices.

Imparting life skills that will seek to build a good foundation for self-development and success in life. Improving critical thinking, confidence levels and effective problem solving capabilities amongst the youth. Producing young people that demonstrate the ability to articulate personal values and a sense of responsibility to self and others. From a practical standpoint, the promotion of life skills has been identified as a key resource for enhancing positive and productive development in youth.

These core skills include abilities to make decisions, solve conflicts and problems constructively, think creatively, think critically, communicate effectively, be self-aware, deal with stress, regulate one’s emotions, empathize with others, and establish and maintain good social relationships.”
