Manavata Surya Namaskara Competition at Kothakota ZP High School

Manavata Surya Namaskara Conducted Competition at Kothakota ZP High School on 15th November 2018. Sirnivas Alluri Motivated students by his words about the importance of Yoga.

Students participated with all energy in the Competition of Surya Namaskara. 200 Students participated in this Competition.“The purpose of yoga is to build strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body”

Students Participated well in the program with all dedication and give their best in doing Surya namaskara. Zp high School Head Master and staff Participated in this Program.8 students won the prizes n this competition.At the end of program the students make a Oath “To Do Yoga sadhana daily Before the sunrise”
