About program: Manavata facilitates skill development for unemployed and empower youth based on their interest and skill. These courses are more of practical to give hands on experience and build skills through working with experienced professionals. It helps trainees to become entrepreneurs / self-employed or to get into employment.
Employment Opportunity: After successful completion of Manavata helps deserved candidates to get placement in different companies / Organizations or to establish self-employment.
Why this training? As many engineers coming out every year from universities and colleges without necessary employability skills and unable to meet industry standards. Many poor and rural students are struggling due to lack of technical and communication skills, which is leading them to compromise their career. So Manavata has been organizing these courses time to time based on need to empower youth.
