Yogathon on International Yoga Day in Basingstoke inspired many young

We are proud to say that nearly 60 people participated in Yoga competition i.e. 108 Sun salutations in 50 minutes. 

Very happy to see 18 participants completed this challenge and more than half were able to complete 54 sun salutations. 

Many of those were kids and they proved their commitment, flexibility. All these kids need encouragement from parents and I am confident that we want our kids to be healthy.
