AGENDA : On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of India’s independence to promote a healthy life style and encourage Indians for the challenge of 75 crore suryanamaskara’s as a gift to our beloved motherland

Do participate in this challenge for 21 days at the rate of 13 suryanamaskara’s per day, through this one gets a valuable certificate from the government of India

So as a part of contribution to this 2000 volunteers from our very own manavata organization will rise the challenge up to 5 lakhs suryanamaskara’s for these 21 days under the guidance of our founder SRI SRINIVASA ALLURI
