The initiative taken by Manavata in collaboration with dedicated volunteers showcases the potential for positive impact through community-driven efforts in the field of health and education. Thanks & Regards
Manavata health and yoga camp at Telangana Girls Gurukul Patashala in Borabanda, Hyderabad: 12/2/2024: The combination of yoga sessions and medical camps reflects a holistic approach to promoting the well-being of the students.
The morning yoga sessions, aimed at inspiring students towards sadhana (spiritual practice), healthy living, higher consciousness, and humanity, contribute to their overall physical and mental development. Srinivas garu has given a wonderful motivation and positive spirit to students to bring their inner spiritual strength.
The medical camp from 7 am to 11 am addresses specific health issues faced by the students, such as skin allergies, anemia, iron deficiency, headaches, weakness, and menstrual issues. The personalized approach of treating each child individually and providing homeopathy medicines, along with one-on-one counseling, reflects a commitment to comprehensive healthcare.
The active volunteering and service of individuals like Sri Manikyarao garu, Dr. Usha, and Vinod are commendable. Their contributions, including discussions with school management on water sanitation, hygiene, and nutrition, demonstrate a holistic approach to improving the overall health and well-being of the students.

Samskara Vidya workshop at Balanagar

The 2-day Manavata Samskara Vidya workshop at Balanagar TS Girls Gurukul in Mahaboobnagar district sounds like a comprehensive and impactful event covering various aspects of health, yoga, total personality development, medical camps, and mastering the mind and senses.

Starting the day with prayers and meditation, especially on the auspicious Vasanta Panchami day with special prayers to Goddess Saraswathi, adds a spiritual dimension to the workshop. The yoga sadhana in the morning appears to have rejuvenated and inspired all the participating students, making them happy and energetic. The initiation given to the children to gain knowledge with yogic techniques is a thoughtful and empowering aspect of the workshop.

The detailed practical techniques taught by Manavata founder Srinivas garu to sharpen and purify the mind and intellect, coupled with physical fitness exercises, contribute to the holistic development of the students. The special session for 10th class students on handling exams without stress is a valuable addition, addressing a crucial aspect of their academic life.

The medical camp from 7:30 am to 12 noon, covering various health issues such as anemia, thyroid problems, sinus, asthma, PCOS, menstrual issues, and digestive disorders, reflects the commitment to addressing the diverse healthcare needs of the students. Providing homeopathy medicines, dietary advice, and yoga suggestions for each case demonstrates a holistic approach to healthcare.

The expression of gratitude from the school Headmaster Sri Krishna Murty garu and the disciplined arrangement by the Physical Education Teacher Mrs. Soumya indicate the positive impact and organized execution of the workshop. Such initiatives not only address immediate health concerns but also contribute to the long-term well-being and personal development of the students. Kudos to Manavata and all the participants for their dedication to this noble cause.

Samskara vidya mamidada school

It’s wonderful to hear about the positive impact of the meditation and motivation session led by Srinivasa Alluri at Mamidada Govt ZP High School. The key points taught by Srini ji emphasize valuable life lessons and habits that can contribute to the holistic development of students. Here’s a summary of the key takeaways:
Self-Confidence through Self-Reliance: Emphasizing the importance of hard work and focus rather than resorting to dishonest practices like cheating or copying during exams. The message is to build confidence through personal effort and integrity.
Self-Reliance Leads to Self-Respect: Highlighting the connection between self-reliance and self-respect, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own actions and decisions.
Selfless Service for Highest Happiness and Respect: Introducing the concept of selfless service as a path to experiencing profound happiness and gaining respect from others.
Yoga Sadhana for Self-Control: Recognizing the significance of yoga sadhana (practice) in developing self-control, a crucial aspect for achieving success in various areas of life.
Self-Discipline in Yoga/Meditation Practice: Emphasizing the importance of self-discipline to cultivate the habit of practicing yoga and meditation regularly. The advice to feed the mind before the body encourages prioritizing mental well-being.
Practical Techniques Taught: Offering practical techniques and hands-on sessions to teach students important yoga and meditation practices, providing them with tools for ongoing self-improvement.

It’s heartening to know that both teachers and students felt motivated and happy after the workshop. Programs like these contribute significantly to the overall well-being and personal growth of individuals. Srinivas Thammana, school teachers, and local volunteers also played a crucial role in making this event a success by participating and supporting the students. Such initiatives create a positive and nurturing environment for learning and personal development.

Samskara vidya at MPUP School

It’s heartening to learn about the positive impact of the Manavata Samskara Vidya session conducted by Srinivas ji at MPUP School Kanimetta on 21/2/2024. The inclusion of meditation, motivation, and personality development in the session is an excellent initiative for the holistic development of students.

The fact that the Headmaster, teachers, and students actively participated in the session reflects a genuine interest in promoting values, motivation, and overall well-being within the school community. It’s particularly inspiring to hear that the session has instilled confidence in the children and raised awareness about their responsibilities towards studies, parents, and society.

The initiative to establish a Manavata study center in the school is a commendable step towards creating a positive and nurturing learning environment. Srinivasa Reddy garu’s (SGT) leadership in organizing the session showcases a commitment to educational improvement and character development.

The decision of teachers and a volunteer to participate in the morning 5 am Yoga and Teacher Training (YTT) online sessions is a great stride towards enhancing their skills and contributing to the overall improvement of studies in the school.

May these initiatives continue to bring positive changes in the lives of students, teachers, and the entire school community, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and responsibility.

Health camp at UFH and Goshala

It’s fantastic to hear about the successful health camp at Manavata UFh Ashram and Goshala, organized by the Wanaparty Yoga Samithi team during the one-day sadhana camp. The focus on inspiration towards healthy natural living, protection of mother nature, natural farming, Yoga sadhana, awareness about Satvic food, and Pranayama techniques is commendable.
Manavata Srinivas garu’s guidance in teaching these practices and providing tips to come out of illnesses is invaluable. Promoting a 3H life (presumably referring to a life that is Healthy, Happy, and Harmonious) is a holistic approach towards overall well-being.
These initiatives not only contribute to individual health but also create awareness about sustainable living practices, natural farming, and the importance of a balanced and healthy lifestyle. It’s heartening to see efforts being made to integrate traditional practices like Yoga and Satvic food into the community’s daily lives.Such camps play a crucial role in disseminating knowledge, fostering a sense of community well-being, and inspiring individuals to adopt healthier lifestyles. Kudos to Manavata Srinivas garu, the Wanaparty Yoga Samithi team, and everyone involved in organizing and participating in this impactful event.
